With lava-inspired swirls of red, gold, and black, these earrings reflect the raw beauty and fiery past of Oʻahu’s Koko Crater.

In his early teens, Leighton began making surfboards. This evolved into resin-based art and jewelry. 'Ear Art,' his first jewelry collection, was made from surfboard resin. That collection includes this piece. Leighton stopped making surfboard resin jewelry in the early 1990s and will not be making pieces like this again.
