If you purchased the item on our website and have a receipt, we will accept a return for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase. Item must be unworn, and customer must pay for return shipping.

Items purchased not on our website are not eligible for a return.

Most of our pieces are made to order and will take 2-6 business days to make and then ship.

We ship from Hawaii.

U.S. orders are sent via USPS first class mail and take 3-14 business days to arrive.

International orders take 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on the country. International orders are shipped via primarily via USPS. Shipping rates vary by country and can be found during checkout. 

Just as shells and sea glass are shaped by the ocean, saltwater can gradually change your jewelry over time. To keep each piece as radiant as the day you received it, we recommend removing it before swimming and gently drying it after wear.
