If you did not purchase an item through our website we unfortunately cannot take back that item for a return, refund or exchange. If you purchased the item on our website and have a receipt we will accept a return for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of the purchase. Item must be unworn.

We will repair most broken/damaged jewelry at a nominal charge. Please see for more details. 

* International shipments outside of Canada are sent via first class mail. Other shipments are sent via first class or registered mail. For first class we are not able to track out of the U.S. and are not responsible for lost packages. Registered mail is $55. Registered mail is the only way to track a shipment once all the way to the delivery point.
